Final checks before sending your publication to print

  • Double-check all names for correct spelling, as well as dates, titles and image credits.
  • Review all text for typos, grammar, and consistency in tone and style.
  • Confirm page numbers and headers to make sure they are accurate and consistent.
  • Check all margins and bleeds, ensure crop marks are included if required.
  • Double-check that all images are embedded and are of a high resolution.
  • Ensure colours are compatible with CYMK printing.
  • Export files to PDF for print.
  • All pages have been proofread again after converting them to a PDF. Layout/formatting issues may appear after they have been downloaded.
