If you’ve got your eyes set on a journalism job after graduation, this interactive workshop will give you all the insider knowledge you need to succeed.

Join Jem Collins, the editor and director of Journo Resources, for a packed session looking at how to find overlooked opportunities and how to make your applications stand out.

The session will cover:

  • How to build a job-hunting strategy, by looking at which types of jobs are often overlooked and which are more competitive;
  • How to find jobs first, with insights on the most common days of the week jobs open and close, and the average time listed;
  • How to make your application stand out with insights from hiring managers and data on what is most often requested;
  • What skills are most in demand, how to build them and how to showcase them in your application.

Spaces in this workshop are limited to ensure everyone is able to participate fully.
